1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bloque, a service operated by Mobalab, KK ("Mobalab", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing Bloque, creating an account, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bloque.
2. The Service
Bloque is a multi-tenant cloud service for configuring, connecting, executing, and managing MCP servers. MCP servers that you add or enable, especially STDIO servers, may run on Bloque-operated or related managed infrastructure.
To improve service safety and separation, we may run STDIO servers in isolated execution environments and route requests using tenant-aware API key identification and routing infrastructure. We do not guarantee any particular implementation detail, availability level, or processing order on a permanent basis.
The service may include, in addition to your own configurations, Community MCP server listings or templates shared by us or other users.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time as the service evolves.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and current registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
- You must promptly notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access or a security incident involving your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Bloque only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and the rights of others.
- You must not use the service for unlawful activity, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the service or third-party systems except as expressly authorized by the applicable owner.
- You must not use the service to distribute malware, send spam, interfere with others, or attack third-party systems.
- When you connect third-party MCP servers, APIs, or tools, you are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to those services.
- You are responsible for the MCP servers, commands, configurations, endpoints, credentials, prompts, and other inputs that you add, share, or enable through Bloque.
- You are responsible for files your AI agent uploads to the shared workspace, including ensuring their legality and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
- You must not register, run, or share MCP servers or configurations that are malicious, unauthorized, unlawful, infringing, or designed to harm third-party systems.
- If an MCP server or its output that you add affects a third-party system, service, or dataset, you are responsible for that use and its consequences.
5. Your Content and Configurations
You retain responsibility for the configurations, prompts, endpoints, and other content you store or send through Bloque, and you represent that you have the rights needed to use that content.
We may process that data as needed to provide the service, maintain security, support the product, investigate abuse, and comply with law. For MCP activity, we may log operational metadata and audit information such as server names, tool names, prompt names, resource names, success or failure states, and execution timing, but we do not intentionally store prompt bodies or third-party API request or response bodies as part of MCP activity logs.
We may investigate, restrict, suspend, disable, or remove MCP servers, configurations, or connection details that we reasonably believe create security, abuse, legal, or service-protection risks.
6. Fees and Payment
If you purchase a paid plan or paid feature, the applicable pricing, billing cycle, taxes, and payment terms will be shown on the relevant checkout or pricing page. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge those amounts.
Unless we state otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled.
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security risk, or if suspension is required to protect the service or comply with law.
You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Bloque is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
The service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Community MCP servers, templates, descriptions, and similar materials are provided for convenience unless we expressly state otherwise. We do not guarantee their accuracy, continued availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any particular result.
Except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law, we are not responsible for defects, losses, data exposure, downtime, or third-party claims arising from MCP servers, external APIs, or other external services that you add, connect, or execute through Bloque.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobalab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobalab's total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability or USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
9. Intellectual Property
The software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other materials that make up Bloque belong to Mobalab or its licensors.
These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service, and do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will generally provide advance notice and identify the effective date by posting the updated Terms on this page, through the service, or by another reasonable method.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the updated Terms will apply from the stated effective date. If you continue using the service after that effective date, you agree to the updated Terms.
11. API Keys and Credentials
- You must keep Bloque API keys, access tokens, and other credentials confidential and must not disclose them to unauthorized parties.
- Activity performed through an API key or other credential may be treated as authorized by you until you notify us of suspected compromise and the key or credential is revoked, rotated, or otherwise disabled.
- If you suspect leakage, theft, or misuse of credentials, you must promptly notify us and take appropriate remedial actions such as revocation, reissuance, rotation, or configuration changes.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
