2. Support Hours
Support requests can be sent by email, phone, or through /legal/contact.
Email and contact form requests are accepted at any time.
Phone support hours: 10:00 - 18:00 JST, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Price
- Starter plan: JPY 480 per month or JPY 4,800 per year when billed in JPY
- Pro plan: JPY 2,980 per month or JPY 29,800 per year when billed in JPY
- USD prices are shown on the pricing page or checkout screen.
- The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase controls if pricing changes later.
4. Additional Fees
You are responsible for internet access charges, carrier fees, device costs, and any other costs needed to access the service.
Applicable taxes are shown on the checkout or invoice screen where required.
5. Payment Method and Timing
- Payment methods: Stripe-supported payment methods shown in Stripe Checkout
- Payment timing: The first charge is taken at signup, and subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
- The applicable billing currency and payment method details are shown during checkout.
6. Service Delivery Timing
Paid-plan access is enabled immediately after successful payment.
In some cases, activation may be delayed by maintenance, outages, review, or other operational issues.
7. Exchanges, Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Because Bloque is a digital service, exchanges and returns are not available after purchase for customer-convenience reasons.
You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
If the service is materially defective, unavailable contrary to the contract, or affected by a problem caused by us, contact info@bloque.run, call us, or use /legal/contact. After review, we may provide a refund, re-perform the service, or take another appropriate remedy as required by law or our policies.
Except where required by law or where we state otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
8. System Requirements
You need a current major web browser and internet access to use the service.
Some features depend on third-party services, MCP servers, and external providers.
